A. By the Post Office if you are out when the carrier try to deliver your item.Your parcel will go to the local post office where you can go and retrieve it. Also a letter will be put in your box letter to inform you.If your order isn’t collected it will be returned back to us and we will contact you either by phone or email to book delivery or a refund. By FEDEX you will be contacted to schedule another delivery .
A. We will always do our utmost to the extent possible to resolve any issue related to a shipment. If you believe your order has been lost, contact us quickly and we will make the necessary with the postal services to open an inquiry within 14 days from your order despatch date. No resend or refund will be offered until a full investigation is complete.
We believe in 100% satisfaction, and that is why we advice you to try samples of our oils before to purchase full bottle of oud oil. If you are not sure about your choice it could be better. We don't accept returns for any of our oud oils due to the risk of contamination. Just as you would not want a used bottle of oud oil.
